Who Am I?

Share
Addressed to young students from Mumbai city life, this talk explores the fundamental question: Who am I? Am I my body, my feelings, or thoughts? Or am I something more than all these? We are led to introspect and go behind, layer by layer, into some inmost psychic essence that we know to be ourselves. Beyond that, we are all united in a Oneness. As we grow more conscious of our deeper identity, we realise that everything that we do, feel or think, the very purpose and direction of life is intimately related to who we are. With each step deepening inwards, all our perceptions and values change. There is an increasing sense of delight, a growing completeness, and deep sense of fulfillment that nothing can affect, because we are truly ourselves. This talk is an introduction and a first step into this inner journey of self-discovery.
